[$] Automatic mTHP creation in 7.2

The Linux kernel is expanding support for multi-size transparent huge pages to improve performance beyond hardware-imposed huge page sizes. A new feature by Nico Pache is planned for the 7.2 development cycle to make mTHP use even more transparent.
